Using a tape measure, measure from your crotch down the inside of the leg to the point you want the fabric to stop.
For accuracy it is best to get somebody to take the measurement for you.
Remember - take the measurement wearing the shoes you will work out in. Or if they are for yoga take the measurement with barefeet as this will affect the length you require.
