Delivery policy
- We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days.

If delivery within 7 working days is not possible, we will contact
you within 48 hours of your order to let you know. Please make sure
that your email address is correctly entered when you place your order.

All orders are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This means that you will need to sign for the delivery.

With Royal Mail Recorded Delivery this does mean that
orders can be tracked and traced should Royal Mail have issues with the
delivery. We do hope that this won’t be the case – so ensure that you
give us your correct address. If it is difficult to find, maybe include
some further information with your order to assist the Postman in
finding you.
Postage costs
Postage
is £3.99 per individual order. Garments are already at a discounted
price, so with the cost of shipping it should still be approximately
what you would pay in a shop - only more convenient!
How can I get free delivery?
If
you know about this website because you are a member in one of Trish's
fitness classes please email your order to sales@bordoni.co.uk or phone
07739585292 and your garments can be delivered direct next time you
come to class!
International Delivery
All
deliveries outside mainland UK will incur additional shipping charges -
however you will only be charged the exact price of shipping plus the
cost of packaging. Please phone 07739 585 292 or email
sales@bordoni.co.uk (indicating the garments you wish to purchase) for
a quote on shipping.
