Are our products guaranteed?
Bordoni promises to deliver high-quality products in good condition. If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise unworn with all tags attached and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.

Where are your products made?
At present all Bordoni clothing is manufactured in the United Kingdom.
 
Product availability
If an item is not in stock, we will let you know when we expect to receive it and when we expect to send it to you.
 
How will I know that you have received my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your order carefully to ensure that it is correct. You can query the status of your order on the store section of the site (there is a link at the top of the page).
 
Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online?
We use PayPAL for all payments to ensure that every transaction is 100% secure. Alternatively, you can call directly on 07739 585 292 and place your order over the phone or download an order form.
 
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes you can pay by cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Bordoni Ltd. Your order will be despatched as soon as your cheque clears.

How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Your receipt will be sent with your goods. If for whatever reason you do not receive this, please contact us by telephone or email and we will ensure that this is posted to you again separately.
 
How do we deliver?
We deliver by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to all postal areas in the UK. For Ireland and the Channel Islands or overseas please contact us directly for more information on shipping charges.

How will I know when my order has been despatched?
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been despatched.
 
Can I send my order to a different address to my billing address?
No  - to  ensure your security and to prevent credit card fraud your order will only be sent to the address at which your credit or switch card is registered.
